I am so impressed with Dr. Balogun and her staff I feel compelled to write an awesome review. I have had PDO threads, Botox and filler done with a result better than I could ever even imagine. Dr. B listens to your desires and expected results. She takes the time to explain the benefits and possible side effects of your expectations. Never once did I feel like I was in a clinic trying to "up-sale" products and procedures. As an added bonus, I found out Dr. B was a core trained facial surgeon!!! Score!! SkinMD skin specialists are welcoming and very professional. They have all the latest equipment and high-tech instruments to get skin looking great!! I've dabbled in several of their services including vein removal, hair removal and sunspot removal! They have extensive offerings for face and body rejuvenation and they take the time to explain what will work best. Dr. Balogun is both lovely and talented. I would highly recommend SkinMD for its cleanliness, friendliness and competence.

I love this place! My service was for hair removal from my upper lip, chin, and jawline. I had a medical condition which contributed to the grown and heavy follicular increase (PCOS). I was looking for a place that could not only service a woman of colour, but also address the potential of the regrown with my condition, and this place was it! The staff is fabulous, and the service is perfect. Everyone is friendly and professional. I went for 9 sessions, and saw improvement on the first session alone! I just recently completed my last session and have never been happier. I don't know why I didn't complete this sooner! As someone with darker skin, the concern is if they have the right equipment and knowledge to service someone such as myself, and they do! They walked me through all of the processes, the procedures, and the follow ups. They were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They also carry other lines such as skin care, fillers, etc. I will be contacting them for follow up skincare services as well. If you are hesitant and concerned about finding someone who can take care of your hair removal, look no further than SkinMD!

Dr. Anifat Balogun is a Training Dr. for some Super Awsome products such as, "Bellafill"- Currently Over a 5 yr. life Span, & revolutionary in it's field♡. She's extremely knowledgeable about All areas of medicine & also works as a surgeon. I trust her immensely, probably the Only "Cosmetic/Skin" Dr., with whom I have unquestionable faith. (I'm a research queen & question, "Everything" usually). However, Dr. Balogun has shown her knowledge level, & my personal results to be unquestionable fabulous, surpassing all expectations, time after time. Trust her directions and opinions! I am never compensated for reviews, etc. I only write these 4 those rare people &/or services that are so fantastic, I want others to share in the experience & immense happiness, that have been extended to me.
