Monica, the tech that was doing my laser treatment was beyond incredible! She was knowledgeable, educated me, and made me feel so comfortable. Lindsey the Education Supervisor was also very friendly and treated Monica with respect and trust. The entire experience from front desk to treatment was beyond expectations!

Had a great laser service today once again with Nikole! She’s always so great at communicating about the treatments and making me feel comfortable. Absolutely love her and how convenient it is to schedule my touch ups! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently started Ideal Image for hair removal at the Tacoma location with Amy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and overall experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional team who made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I do recommend requesting the numbing cream, but with the addition of that, the treatments are quick and the discomfort is manageable. I noticed a significant reduction in hair after just the first session and am looking forward to seeing how my results continue with each subsequent visit. I’m so happy with my decision to do this, as I have always hated shaving; I only wish I thought to do give myself this gift years ago!

Nurse (Nikole) was very friendly and gentle. She gave good experience with laser hair removal for me that I’ve never had before. She was really care and made extra sure I was comfortable that I got anxiety painful too much from laser hair removal.

The environment is so relaxing. I felt so comfortable there. Lindsey- my provider-is fenomenal. She treated me like as if I belong to a royalty family. The procedure is known to hurt, however, vi didn't feel any discomfort.Above all, the result is noticed immediately! Instant gratification! I can't say enough, how satisfied I am with the results! I highly recommend this spa ! I feel younger and more confident with my appearance!
