Beyond the wonderful bedside manner and professionalism, the most impressive aspect of my interactions with this office has definitely been the way they deal with the pharmacy. There was a mix-up, and the pharmacy needed fresh paperwork from them. They not only transmitted the paperwork rapidly, they Then followed up with a phone call to the pharmacy to ensure that they had received it and that everything was able to be filled in a timely manner. After which they gave me a phone call to assure me that everything was in order with the prescription and that I could expect a notice from the pharmacy that it was filled shortly. I cannot praise them highly enough.

This is an awesome practice. I just moved to the area from Nashville and met with Kynerra Stephenson MSN/ARNP/AGPCNP-BC, and she was wonderful. Very attentive, and rather than just talking about the monthly prescription management I was in for, asked probing questions about other concerns taking a more holistic approach. I left with much more knowledge regarding my diet and vitamin intake, and am making changes to better my overall health as a result. Even the receptionist was a pleasure (it was funny when she made sure she didn’t butcher my last name Shao lol). I called today as a follow up and she answered saying “oh yeah, Mr. Matt with the beautiful last name” 😂. Can’t recommend this practice enough. Truly exceptional staff and office culture.

She listens and helps you any way that she can. Her response time is great! Very nice people and I plan on making it my main place to go for all my diabetes and primary needs. I’m a kidney transplant recipient and I trust her.

Shenika is a rock star in my opinion. She truly cares and that compassion led me to reuniting with her after she left the Franciscan nuns health network. It took 2 years but I found her and I'm delighted. Currently she's out of network with my insurance but I'm happy to pay what Medicare doesn't cover and I'll probably end up getting Humana so she'll be in network. The staff is warm and wonderful; you'll be happy here because we all want our medical team to look us in the eyes and listen; to actually hear us, right? Sincerely; Bobbi Bradshaw
