My experience at Sima Clinic has always been great. I went in again yesterday and was treated so professionally and kind. Alex is an exceptional assistant. Absolutely amazing but experience!!! Clean space, friendly staff, and reasonable prices! I went in last weekend for my first session of saline eyebrow tattoo removal and I am SO excited to go back in a few weeks! First of all, I’m not a patient, so I’m not commenting on their services. We walked in because our 2 years old daughter who is going through potty training and wanted to use the bathroom. If you are a parent, you would understand we were in rush and didn’t read the sign on the door saying no entrance without a mask. We entered and asked nicely if we can borrow the bathroom because our daughter couldn’t hold it anymore. The lady looked at us like we just cursed at her and then said “so you entered from the parking lot and asking if you can use the bathroom without a mask? Come on!” If their staff is only trained to be nice to people who pay them, then I have no words. We would totally understand if she just said sorry our bathroom is only for our customer or we can’t have you here without a mask. There is absolutely no need to shame us in front of our daughter.
