It's hard to find people who take pride in providing the best health care at reasonable rates. Alicia, Heather, and the rest of the team make sure their patients get the best care available. They actually listen, stay current on research, and concentrate on total health and well-being, rather than pushing pills. The insurance companies and big pharma don't own these ladies.

I do most of my care through WVU Medicine. I thought of changing to a PCP thru WVU as the have connected treatment through all their clinics. It was when I considered the change that I realized how truly wonderful my care is with Bruceton Family Medicine. I have never had such a considerate, compassionate team in primary care. I am a retired RN. They treat me with respect, listen to my concerns, provide spot on care and focus on its progression. When you walk in, they remember you and want you to be well. My goodness, in this current state of healthcare, you don’t often find that. Bruceton Family Medicine is a diamond in the rough.

I am recinding my previous review. Ms. Hartselland the staff seemed nice at first. However, the office is bad about callbacks, and checking messages to cancel appointments. As such I have been dropped as a patient, without a way to get medicine. They stated they would see me on an emergency basis, but who would go to an office who is so willing to drop a patient
