Don’t do what I did and be late. I felt awful but I was stuck at work then got lost. They were professional and kind and Dama was so sweet in calming my nerves. I had a procedure and can’t say enough kind things about them. 10/10 recommend.

I had surgery for a dangerous skin cancer. Dr. Hurst is outstanding and the other members of his staff involved (Dama, Rachel, and three whose names I didn't get) were very competent, caring, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

My daughter scheduled an appt many weeks out. She gave them her insurance info when she scheduled and was told they accepted her insurance. We get there today and are told they actually do not accept her insurance and she would need to reschedule to their Hagerstown office. It was the office staff's responsibility to give accurate info. Because of their incompetence, our valuable time was wasted. And we hear about wasting time from doctors all the time. They will even try to charge you for it! But they can do it to patients with no recourse. I'm sure there would have been another two month wait for another appt. No thanks. We will take our business elsewhere and will tell others about our experience. ETA-Your link to preregister did not work. The insurance info was given over the phone. She was NOT offered an appt in the other office the next day or any day of her choosing. She was asked if she wanted to schedule an appt in Hagerstown. She declined after seeing how incompetent your office is. Stop lying!

Appointment was easy to make, and everything being online streamlined things very well. Bit of a wait at the office, but everyone was friendly!

EDIT: Office manager reached out to me and apologized. I really appreciate the quick and professional response. I now have an appointment within the next day. I have edited my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. I am a patient at this practice. I called about a month or two ago to have a prescription called in for a Rosacea flare up. Great, no problem at all. I called in this week for a refill of an ointment for a HS flareup. Can't refill until a follow up and the earliest appointments they have are over 2 months out. I asked, ok well what should I do until then? I got "sorry there is nothing we can do." How does a prescription oral medication get called in, but a simple ointment refill does not? HS is not something to mess with. This is not good treatment for a patient. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
