Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center

Let me start by saying that I hate going to the Dr. From the start, the front desk person was super nice and very informative. It didn't take long to be called back by the nicest assistant. Made me feel valued and let me know what to expect and what to do. The Dr was nice and explained what was going on step by step. The nurse went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and the time I was in the room felt like it was over in no time. Highly recommend this place.

The dermatologist I saw was very polite, and professional. If I was only reviewing that it would be 5 stars. Billing was horrible!! At first I was double billed, when I called to sort that out they said it would take a couple days to sort out, understandable. As soon as it was corrected, I paid it, on the phone with the office billing dept of the office in full. Because of this delay, it was passed their "billing deadline" and they sent me to collections same day I paid the bill in full. (Happened in Nov, just got this correct in JAN.) Will NOT be going back. No phone calls no follow up, horrible experience.

Beware! This office is very poorly managed and I won't be wasting my time there anymore. I had a simple mole removal in July 2024. I could see my abnormal results on the portal and called three times and tried to message through the portal (impossible) about the results. No one ever got back to me until DECEMBER 2024 when they insisted that I needed to come in for an excision because of the abnormal cells. Was scheduled for a month later and when I showed up to that appointment they had rescheduled me for the wrong type of appointment! They rescheduled me for two days later (1/23/25) URGENTLY because they said I could not wait until February for the next excision appointment. I waited 43 minutes in their waiting room today and left. I will be requesting my copay refunded and transferring to a different office. Don't waste your time here!

I attempted to schedule an appointment at this dermatologist’s office, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The scheduler was unhelpful and dismissive, insisting that I would need three separate appointments—one to address eczema, one to address rash and another to follow up on a mole removal that was previously performed in their office a few months ago. This policy seems unnecessary and inconvenient. The lack of professionalism and respect in handling my request was truly unacceptable. I would rather drive an additional 30 miles to seek care elsewhere than deal with such poor service.

Polite professional and Dr. Was very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what was going on and so I could understand. Very prompt appointment time great experience!
