Reynolds Rapid Care – Moundsville

I had to take my grandson to be seen and the receptionist immediately told me it would be a 1.5 to 2 hr wait. This didn’t matter he needed seen. I watched 6 different patients walk in after we checked in and there was no mention how long it would be for them. This exchange never makes you feel like they care to administer help. Thank goodness once we were called back the rest of the staff was compassionate and thorough.

My daughter went to rapid care, she was told to go there and get tested for the flu. She was given an excuse for school for a couple days. She was told that if it didn’t get better to come back. She went back and the receptionist was extremely rude. Because she didn’t have a fever but had other symptoms. Then she got the doctor and the doctor was rude. Just because my daughter is pregnant and sick, doesn’t give them the right to be stern with her. They had my daughter in tears. I wouldn’t recommend taking my dog to them and we won’t go back. They are supposed to care for any non emergency situations but they don’t seem to actually care about their patients. Only a few of the doctors do but it doesn’t make a good visit when you have a receptionist with an attitude

I have gone to this Rapid Care several times in the past 6 months. I have never waited very long to be seen. Each medical person I saw was courteous and professional. I will be back in the future if needed.

Was seen on Tuesday the 20th I tested positive for flu B and im 25 weeks pregnant and was told I shouldn’t tencially be going back to school for the rest of the week the doctor I seen made it for I had Tuesday and Wednesday off and I didn’t get prescribed anything cause there isn’t much you can take with pregnancy besides you just have to let the sickness blow over and went back to school today and still wasn’t feeling the greatest so went to nurse and she told me that I shouldn’t be at school with the flu especially without a mask, my ob told me to go back to rapid care to be seen again and I went back and they was rude to me and didn’t wanna see me again and ended up making me cry in the middle of the office cause I wouldn’t be just going there for no reason , the lady didn’t even wanna really help me she asked someone else to look up stuff for me and she said I’ll be right back and.i had to walk out to calm down cause I was upset because how they was treating me came back in to ask the lady if she heard anything from the doctor she said that she will be out to talk to you and I waited for her to come out and she had all of the other ladies surrounded her as I’m trying to talk to the doctor about my sickness and then she acted like I don’t take my pregnancy seriously when I do cause I care a lot and want my baby healthy I wouldn’t be coming back to the office if I didn’t care about me and my babies health, all in all probably won’t be going back to rapid care they truly don’t care and are really disrespectful!! Do not recommend anymore !

I needed blood work done. I came in after work and there were 2 people waiting at the window. I just waited my turn. They saw the others but when it was my turn they closed the window in my face and preceeded to complain about the other patients they just seen... sorry to tell them that their window is not sound proof. I waited 15 minutes with no greeting. No one asked me to take a seat in the meantime. I was pretty upset with how I was treated. This place will be the last place I go unless I was literally dying. I ended up leaving. I guess I will just go to the hospital for my bloodwork.
