Dr. Forsythe is absolutely the best. Every time he takes his time and makes sure we are taken care of and satisfied. This is the second time we have worked with Teresa and she is amazing. She gives great advice and is a wealth of information about glasses.

I went to Shopko Optical because I hadn’t adjusted my glasses when I picked them up. I stopped by the next day and walked in. Despite the store being busy, the woman who helped me was incredibly kind and happy to assist. She adjusted my glasses and let me know I could return if I had any further issues. Overall, it was a great experience!

The staff at this store is very friendly. Teresa, my Optician, is phenomenal! She was very patient, friendly, and helpful in guiding me while choosing my eyeglass frames! I consider her a blessing to me, and will continue to seek her out on my visits.

Shopko Optical in Beaver Dam, WI was great meeting my needs, especially Teresa H. She listened to what I was looking for in my glasses/lenses and helped me order what I needed. I will definitely go back there.
