Lisa is amazing! I met with her to discuss what I was looking for and explore different skin treatments. She was very polite, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow it down to VI Advanced Peel. I'm extremely satisfied with the results and service!

I got Botox and lip filler from Dawn and I am beyond thrilled with the results!!! It was my first time getting either treatment so I was nervous, but Dawn was kind, supportive, and informative which made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dawn as she is a true artist and I couldn’t be happier with my lips. Thank you to Dawn and Illume!

Your facility is very nice, but not very conducive to women who have had a Mastectomy. The receptionists are used to seeing women with beauty procedures it’s their everyday work. They have no compassion or empathy for the women that have gone through this once in a lifetime traumatic experience. The exam room has a full length mirror I got to see myself for the first time it was a shock. I think there should be a special room for this instead. Please have empathy though these nurses are young and may never have to go through this train them to have some compassion.

I would give more stars if I could! This place is amazing! The staff is wonderful and friendly. Dr Bruce is awesome! He is helping Me feel whole again after breast cancer surgery. My questions & concerns are addressed quickly and follow up care is reassuring that I will be OK. I wish I would have known about this awesome place 20 years ago!

Dr Bruce & his staff were so helpful and patient when working with me to deliver the results I was looking for with my augmentation! I also appreciate the easy communication and am very happy with my decision to go with Illume!
