Dr. Jared Kohlenberg, D.O. Suggested that our father go off natural supplements and stay on a toxic diabetic medication! He does not even have diabetes not to mention the vaccine pushing during Covid. And the staff was beyond rude. This is definitely a place that is PRACTICING ON YOU! Hope he loses he license for pushing vaccinations.

Was able to call and get in the same day for flu-like symptoms. Dr. Kohlenberg was great and got me taken care of. He always takes the time to listen to me as a patient, and address my concerns. Great personality and demeanor makes it an enjoyable experience.

Nice clinic. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Sick visits are available every morning, so no sick kiddos waiting for days to be seen. Dr. Kohlenberg is great and is the primary reason we switched from Agnesian to Thedacare, even though it’s a further drive for us. Wait times are sometimes longer than I’d like, but overall I am pleased with the care my family receives here. A+

Took a blood test for cholesterol a week ago I was never contacted by the office. I was contacted by the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that I knew nothing about. I'm fortunate it wasn't life threatening. Not sure if there is something to fill out to get notified I will check it out when I have my follow up. Doctors and nursing staff are great otherwise.

My toddler sees Dr. Kohlenberg and he's PHENOMENAL. I've switched doctors for my daughter 3 times total and I finally found an amazing doctor that's listens to my concerns, trusts my judgement, and has an amazing personality to boot. The nurses, LPNs and reception staff are always so kind and helpful. Such a difference from Thedacare in Oshkosh.
