I had my plate and screws removed from my broken elbow. I have always been a fan of Aurora , but this one went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Klika, the anesthesiologist and nurses, were fantastic. Each one came into the room and had a conversation with me about what my needs were and how they could help me. Nurse Kyle was amazing and had such a positive attitude. Did I mention that he got my IV in on the first try? Everything went so smoothly.

Doctor Amy and her team (especially Chelsa) have exceeded any expectation I've had for medical professionals. They are personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel genuinely cared for and know they have my best interest in mind. I appreciate that they haven't lost the "personal touch" side of patient care and that they communicate appropriately.

The pharmacy is great! Great people they look into whatever u ask them to and try to get back to your doctors right away. The doctors/Nurses are understanding and great providers.

Last few visits and determinations have not been good. Like how Aurora Urgent Care is close to home. Like staff that I've worked with. Have severely bad issues with insurances. Have Badger Care Plus insurance. Severe edema that is getting soarer as day goes on. Ankel feels like it's going to explode/rupture to relieve the pain. Warm to touch. Can't even get Tedd stocking on. After convincing Dr. Not to make me have a Ultrasound. So neighbor brought me to Kaukauna Urgent Care. Was told go to Walgreens prescription wii be ready. So now insurances isn't correct still. Plus NO PRESCRIPTION WHICH I need severely. April till June now somehow all medical comes up differently in system. Being the weekend nothing I can do till Monday. Friday I was told as of 01 June insurance is correct. Bet they're having a ball. Forward Services has everything. Network Health Members have nothing. So insurance is messed up stillI. Stay clear of me. Beyond upset. Last 2 months have been terrible. Have many issues that need to be controlled and updated properly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to dispute an "urgent care" appointment that they charged me $625 for. Prevea charges $247 for the SAME type of appointment. We were "funneled" to this location because their others were "full," well, I would have NEVER gone if I knew they charged this much. I called to get answers and they didn't call back after I left messages to clarify. Now they sent my bill into collections and are unwilling to admit this is a crazy amount for a 15 min "urgent care" appointment. I would like a call back or a number to actually talk to someone who CARES PLEASE!!!!
