Kaukauna Surgery Center

The reception was kinda snippy with me. The nurses were great. The doctor seem like..... Oh, you just have a cough. Here's some prescription bye. It feels like a waste of my time and my money.

The staff is amazing. The care is out of the world. I feel safe and know that I’m being taken care of by a great team of professionals. Dr Scharer and his team are amazing and I’m hoping that the third surgery is a charm but if it’s not I know I’m in great hands! Thank you Dr. Scharer, Sarah, and team you guys rock!!

I was in a great deal of pain and had attempted to go to a different providers urgent care down the street. The other place made me wait an hour and a half only to be told they couldn’t do anything for me. So I went to Aurora hoping THEY could help me. They were absolutely amazing. They didn’t brush me off and made me feel heard. They helped fix my pain with a small procedure. I am so grateful I went to them. I would choose Aurora time and time again.

The overall care at Aurora was very good. The Front desk man was not very personable, the nurse was good. Just needed to slow down a little bit in her actions, and the doctor was amazing. The doctor sat and listened to my concerns and we planned my care Collaboratively. I would recommend.

Had a good experience with this immediate care today. Went there worried, and had been in pain for a couple days. Great Dr treated my ear and minimized discomfort too. They explained everything, and I picked RX up from the pharmacy right there. Thank you for such caring staff!
