Our family members have seen all three doctors at Prevea Ladysmith. Runstrom. Dekrey and Crabb. All three are amazing and I would trust them all to give the best care needed for all 5 of us. They are kind, compassionate, and respectful of personal choice. This gives us the ability to communicate honestly with them and make the best choices possible for our family. We are so grateful to have them in our community!!! I recommend them any time I can!

Clean and welcoming are just the beginning of an appointment. The staff are warm and friendly. Dr. Runstrom was wonderful. She took the time to explain and go over anything we asked and talked with us about her concerns and the next steps for our care. We are so happy to have Prevea in our town and would reccomend them to anyone!

Kind and courteous staff. My doctor was professional and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I feel like my concerns were listened to and taken seriously. I'm happy to finally have a place that I'm comfortable going to for my families medical needs.

Dr. Runstrom truly cares about her patients. She saved my life, and I will always believe that. If she didn't walk into the room and notice something was wrong and start asking questions right away my out come would have been much different, because I wouldn't even know til it was to late that I possibly had cancer. Tests, an ultrasound a sent to a specialist it was confirmed that I had pre- cancer cells. Dr. Runstrom caught it in time and thank God after surgery they got all the pre- cancer cells out before it turned into full blown cancer. And I can't forget Clare, Dr. Runstrom's right hand gal. She's awesome and they make the best team. God Bless you both and all the took part in saving my life.
