I love how Lisa explained each step of the facial I was having. I’ve had my share of facials, and a lot of people just do what they do, but these little introductions before getting something done was super helpful and informative. Absolutely appreciated. She didn’t try to push on any products or services, but kept things professional, which is a plus. The facial itself was calming and enjoyable. I got the Groupon special which came with a hand dip and massage. It was nice, but I’m pretty much all about the face and décolletage area during my facials, so I’ll probably stick to that next time. I’ve only had one facial so can’t say much about the aftereffects as of yet, but the whole process was smooth and very pleasant and I’m glad to have found a knowledgeable therapist.
