Dr Weeks and the rest of the staff are very good at what they do. They are caring and very concerned. They make me feel very comfortable and they are very thoughtful and helpful.They always have a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my care

Everyone I have interacted with at this clinic is kind, polite, and is genuinely concerned about helping people. Dr Weeks is very pleasant and understands how frustrating dealing with health care can be.

I called with the intention on getting an update about the condition of my daughter to determine what I needed to make the trip to merrill form Wausau in the icey roads as it was pooring rain at the end of December, I was told a nurse would give me a call back in a few short minutes to let me know the details and the status on my 4 year old. The call never came, not in 10 minutes not in 30, I had to drive all the way up to merrill from the south end of Wausau just to see if my 4 year old daughter was ok because the hospital refused to call me back, the roads were covered in ice and the trip was absurdly dangerous, upon getting there I’m greeted with a receptionist that looked like she hadn’t slept in a week, I tell her I’m here to see my daughter in room 9 and she leaves, tells the nurse and doesn’t return for several minutes, I had to ring the bell again after seeing her chatting with co workers around the corner after I overheard my Ex wife telling the staff all about our divorce (like that’s relevant) Long story short, don’t depend or rely on a call back from this facility if there is an emergency, the will not call and will just wait for you to show up. And when you do show up, they won’t even let you see the patient you are concerned about, they sit you in the back room for another half hour before they send anyone out to tell you anything. If I could give this facility a negative star review i honestly would. Do better Merrill Aspirus! My 4 year old is NOT your test subject!

Rhonda was professional, personable and respectful. She did not rush through the appointment, she took her time and addressed my concerns. I will continue to see her as my primary care provider.

For a person who suffers from “white coat syndrome,” I very much appreciate the kindness and care I receive at Aspirus Merrill Clinic. From the front desk on, I have always found everyone to be patient, polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Rhonda Bartelt, her nurse Barb, and most recently Dr. Lee, have all made me feel at ease, patiently listening to my concerns, and providing answers and mapping out health care options when necessary. I couldn’t ask for a better support team!
