Kyla and her assistant were amazing. I always hold off on medical appointments because I get so nervous, but they were so kind and understanding and made me feel so comfortable. Can’t recommend this staff enough, thank you!!

My experience with in the office was ok but the problem is with billing. They tell you that you have to pay $178.00 upfront for uninsured patients. Ok, paid that, not expecting there's more to that fee, another $143.00. They tell you anything that happens in the room is extra. Ok, can't be that much for something pretty minor.... I had a peculiar mole on the back of my calf. She said it was probably nothing but went ahead and removed it anyway. I get a bill in the mail, a month later that's due on Christmas day, for just about $1300.00 for MAYBE a 15 min visit. INSANE! If she knew it was nothing then this totally looks like a money grab. The charges are in the photos. Charged twice ($700.00) to look at a mole the size of a pencil eraser that she said was nothing. $400 to nip it off, which took not even 1 minute. I could see a few hundred dollars but $1300?!?! Ask upfront what and how they bill, this is robbery.

We love Kyla! She’s helped treat both of my kids and is always lovely! Highly recommend!

Receptionist is unfriendly. I was on time for my appointment but was called 25 minutes after my appt time because of a staff meeting. While waiting there was much personal discussion and laughter while I waited 25 minutes to be called. Patient experience prior to meeting with the provider I would rate at 0 stars but the provider was excellent.

The customer service is top notch on all levels and information is conveyed to the patient to explain all that is going on in the examination as well as preventative measures as well. Kyla Teresinski, the nurse practitioner is outstanding on all aspects of helping her patients!!
