Been going here for about 2 years now to laser off a tattoo of mine. Aaron and Cherie have always been really friendly. My appointment doesn’t even feel like an appointment, more like a pleasant visit. I’m usually out of there in about 15 minutes. The laser removal process is rather quick. The most important part is the post-op care instructions. My tattoo has disappeared faster than I had anticipated and that is partly due to following the instructions to the T. I had to go about 7 - 8 times for this tattoo and each time has been great. I’m looking to get further work done with Aaron and Cherie just because of the great way they treat people.

Service: Tattoo removal Provider: Aaron A little background about me: I came to Aaron after a horrible experience at another location. I had countless sessions with little improvement. Very unprofessional, and inappropriate talk to clients. I was referred to Aaron by a friend who had AWESOME results. 6 sessions in and I'm almost done! Keep in mind, I had NUMEROUS sessions and lost out money with my previous experience. Aaron is a quick in and out visit. He is fast and to the point. Will answer all the questions you have. You will leave with 100% understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone! I utilize the Wausau location but they have multiple cities they travel to. If you're hesitant about it, my largest piece of advice is to just do it! Start it up right away and do not delay.

I have been coming to Aaron for tattoo laser removal in Wausau for a GIANT black and gray dragon on my ribs that wraps to my breast bone, so so happy with the results so far! We’re almost done :) As a tattoo artist myself, I am extremely impressed with the ability of what he could remove and how quickly. 10/10 recommend, amazing customer service and just a wonderful business! Even took their pamphlets to my shop to spread the word!

I started seeing Aaron back in 2019 for a tattoo removal. The tattoo has many colors and was told at least 10 session for removal. Each session got more painful, which is normal ( I think). By session 5 I started to question why my tattoo wasn't fading. Aaron kept telling me " This will be the one". By session 6, the pain driving home was so bad that I came home and passed out. Also, at session 6 again I question why my tattoo wasn't changing. Again I was told "This will be the one". At session 7 i asked again and again was told this would be the one i would see a difference. At that last appt I asked how many more session do I have left. He said at least 8 to 10.. what!! At this point I would settle for fading and not removed. This month should of been session 8, but I cancel due to nothing is changing. I asked for Aaron to call me to discuss this as I live 1 hour away and would like to discuss why things are not changing. At this point I would think the shading in the tattoo would at the very least be faded. It's not!. Aaron assistant told me Aaron would not call me because he has not seen my tattoo in a while because I canceled my last appt. I did not canceled my last appt. I went to that. I did however cancel a laser hair removal appt because it was in December and money could be used on xmas for my children and not me. I writing this review because I've been seeing Aaron since 2019 and it's 2023 and he couldn't make a call? I have also since learn more about tattoo removal. I know everyone is different. I however do not have scar tissue and should as least see fading. I have also learned that Aaron should be using different lasers for different ink colors which he never did. He uses the same laser for my whole tattoo. The total time for my appt would be at most 30 mins because it would hurt and I would have him ice it again. The pain was horrible. I have a high tolerance for pain, but these few session i would make my appt for the lastest spot and drive home by rocking and getting home to take melatonin to pass out. I have spent a lot of money on wasted time. I would encourage you to get many consultations before deciding on where to go. And learning the process. I should of looked at different options after session 5. But I didn't know better and trusted him. Aaron and his wife are very kind. Nice to talk to. They do travel around which is also nice. But then I have to question how great the laser is being moved around. It's taking a lot of me to write this. Because again, I trust Aaron and didn't know at the time any better. But now I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I have since gone to 2 places in eau claire for a consultations and they were surprised that I've had 7 session and my black and shading isn't gone or faded the way it should. I was explained that there is 1 laser for black and others for other colors and they were shocked when I said " the guy I've been going to just goes over the whole thing, he doesn't change out anything". I was told had I gone to them, the black and shading would of been gone after the 3rd treatment. Now, that said, I am not sure I will continue with this journey. I've already invest a lot of money into this. I was also told the pain i was in was not normal. However, I just not sure if I'm willing to test that theory yet. I wished I had taken pictures before I started to after each sessions healing process to show. But I didn't. Honestly, I've read the other reviews and I understand maybe he's good with just certain colors, but then why is my black still here after 7 session. And clearly he didn't listen nor care about my concerns. After talking to my friends about this, a few of them knew others who have all experience the same as me.

I had a tattoo ring that needed to be removed. I was in contact with Aaron's team. Aaron and his team was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. They were great! And I had the ring removed under the time frame that was first predicted! I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for laser services.
