In my experience the doctors I've seen there are great. Very professional and they seem to know their stuff. I've been treated there for the same issue for a LONG time. After the way I was treated on the phone today I don't think I'll be going back. The very rude and short lady on the phone informed me that they can't help with an emergent and reccuring issue because I have a bill with them. When I attempted to explain to the lady that the bill has already been paid and that I can offer proof etc, she talked over me and told me that they can't help me there. I have no idea what happened to this place in the last few months but I definitely don't recommend it now, ESPECIALLY if you have a severe skin condition that requires near constant and a very specific type of care. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.
Just made my husband take off work to get his face looked at and was told that I had to have an insurance card or made arrangements for a qoute for self pay. This was all discussed when I made the appointment. So disappointed. I was so pleased with Dr. Green and the work he did for my skin cancer.
The Bennion family has apparently given up on this practice, and Dr Green is an absolute joke. I was charged $200 for a 4-minute visit with Dr Green. During that visit, he didn't even get close enough to touch me. He looked at my condition from across the room, ask me what I thought it was. I told him what I thought it was, and he agreed. He then prescribed a treatment that I found out later isn't even an appropriate treatment for the condition. When I went to another actual competent dermatologist, they literally laughed at what Dr Green prescribed. You will not get treatment here, if you're not careful you might actually get something that will harm you because they don't know what they're doing. Shame on Dr Green, and shame on Dr Bennion and his son who Is allowing this practice to be run into the ground.
Terrible place of business. I had issues with fungus on my fingers. My tips were raw and bleeding. Dr green had to clip one to have it sent for testing. It flew out of his hand so he had to do it again. He said they would contact me with the results and let me know how to proceed. I never received the results or a phone call. Vanessa Green, office manager I’m assuming is rude and condescending. I would avoid this business.
Came in for a routine skin check today and they couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough. I was examined and out the door in less than 60 seconds. Didn’t really want to take time to freeze the mole in question but did it begrudgingly It was as it coming in without a serious issue was a real inconvenience. Feel like I should be looked at again but insurance will throw a fit. Full bill for a partial exam. I won’t be coming back. I felt the same way last year, but just thought the doc was having a bad day. Guess it is standard behavior.
