I had a great experience with Kate and her team. I had a lingering ankle injury and I had tried different things like exercises, ankle brace, and Tylenol, but that didn’t do anything. I tried PRP therapy with her on a whim. She explained the whole process, the details behind the procedure, and aftercare. My ankle feels great and I’m able to play volleyball again! Great and professional team over there. I highly recommend them!

Our family has been going to Evolve for a while now. We’ve used many of their services. Rebecca genuinely cares for her patients. She is attentive, a gentle and quiet spirit. Our children trust her (and one of them doesn’t like doctors). She has helped my husband when no one would listen to him. I went in with issues and she looks at me as whole person who knows my own body…not just symptoms and is working on getting to the root issue. Kate steps in and helps when needed and she is wonderful! Whether helping freeze my kids warts, or doing pain treatments on me last minute she is just phenomenal. We can’t recommend Evolve enough! They are with out a doubt the best in town…and best we’ve ever seen through the multiple states we’ve lived in.

I was looking for relief for my Chronic Migraines and I found out about Evolve Health Services. When I called to schedule an appointment, the front desk was very friendly and thorough. They told me about the paperwork that was required and that I was able to print it from their website, have them email it to me or arrive 30 min early to fill it out to streamline the check in process. The overall experience was very comfortable and I was able to get relief for my headaches. I would highly recommend calling them for your health care needs. They have Primary Care, Women's Health, Pain Management and Physical Therapy.

My family and I just moved from out of state and we were looking for a primary care doctor. These people scheduled me for a 2pm appointment. When I came in for my appointment at 2pm, they told me I was late and was supposed to show up 30 minutes early to sign forms. They did not tell us this on the phone. I was about to reschedule my appointment, when they told me they would be charging me a fee to reschedule. No thank you, I was on time to the appointment I scheduled. At a time when people are upset with the healthcare industry, these guys drop the standard even lower.

I just turned to seeing Rebecca how to evolve Health Services in she is wonderful I haven't been this comfortable with a doctor in over 20 yrs I am so glad my sisters doctor referred me to her. Thanks so much Rebecca and all the staff at evolve
