The ladies were very kind to me and the nurse practitioner got me in and out of there in under an hour and they billed my insurance the only bad thing is I didn't have the right insurance so now I owe but I fully support nurse practitioners therefore I will be paying them soon
The front desk lady is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and you better hope you don’t need them to do anything for your insurance because it will never get done. When calling if they even it’s like you’re asking for her left arm to do anything to help you. Never will I go back.
I am so disappointed in their bedside manner and the manners of the secretary. Dr. was sure my spot she removed was benign, but it wasn't. I got the cancer result over the phone. Went back in to have more taken off and she was not kind or caring. She was not interested in entertaining my questions or concern about other spots. I never received a call back to state my results of the 2nd scraping. I was in horrible pain months after and decided to go elsewhere for a consult since they wouldn't return my call. The 2nd location said my pain could have been avoided if they would have done the proper incision rather than a scraping. I would not give a recommendation for this place.
Was treated by Dr. Virginia Tubb. Paid almost $100 for a 10 minute visit. I was okay with that and left happy as she was so confident my skin bumps would go away with the cream she prescribed (A $89 cream with my insurance discount!!). A week went by and every day my bumps spread. Eventually, down my back, chest, and fully covering my face. I called her to ask if I should stop or if it is supposed to get worse before better. I explained to the Secretary what is happening and promised the doctor would return my call by end of the day. No call back. I tried calling three more times no answer. So 3 days ago I emailed the doctor on the online portal and NO response. I finally gave up went to a dermatologist here who told me I have a very severe skin yeast infection and she prescribed a new drug which seems to be helping. Not happy with the waste of $200 and no call back.
Took forever to get results. When I called a year after my appointment about a "past due" bill, (even though I was never sent an original bill) the MA was very rude on the phone and hung up on me. Won't ever use them again!
