The team at Regenesis is so great, they make the time to hear and understand your individual needs and goals and customize a care plan specific to you. I came in seeking a solution to improve my physical mobility and they also provided support for my weight loss goals. The staff and Dr Lee are awesome. They are extremely organized. The medication instructions could have been a bit better, but as soon as I called and asked the question, it was answered immediately. Courtney up front is awesome and so is her backup (I’m trying to remember her name but I talked to Courtney most of the time). Mandy, the nurse, is fabulous and Dr Lee is very kind and caring and explains EVERYTHING he will do and what to expect. I had PRP injections in my hip and knee. It’s only been a few days so I won’t know how well it worked. That could take 3-6 months to know if it took, so I will definitely update after that period.

Several of my clients have gone to Regenesis to have Dr. Charles Lee do stem cell treatments for knee and shoulder issues, so I was familiar with Dr. Lee's work prior to my visit. Located in Huntsville, AL, Regenesis is a natural destination for stem cell treatment being less than two hours from my home in Nashville. I have been researching SGB for several months now and got information regarding Dr. Lee's experience with SGB, and decided to schedule an appointment. I won't bore explaining the SGB, but it is an evidenced-based medical procedure with, among other benefits, has a 75-80% success rate with PTSD and anxiety, improves sleep and concentration,. It resets the sympathetic nervous systrm, also known as the “Fight or flight” nervous system. The initial procedure took less than 30 minutes, and was totally pain-free. Dr. Lee took his time in explaining the procedure, and I opted to compliment this procedure with Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment. This was done at an offsite home, where I stayed and received two, 1.5 hour Hyperbaric treatments/day. The beautiful home was nestled beside Monte Sano State Park, a serene setting where I had the opportunity to “recharge.” Karen oversees this program, and everything about it was first-rate. To say that I have been pleased with the results would be a gross understatement. Having suffered from a major sleep disorder all my life, I was amazed the first night when I went to bed at 9:00 p.m. and woke up at 7:45 the next morning. I have maintained this sleep pattern, and this is just one of several benefits I can point to as the direct result of the SGB and Hyperbaric treatments.
