Saw Dr. Pynes probably 30 years in Dothan Al. He's the greatest. Sure miss him.

My husband went for a surgical procedure. The staff and doctors were great. We decided to stay with this office. My husband saw Dr. Pynes for a follow up appointment. He was attentive and direct.We now see him for our dermatology needs.

Please for the love of God never retire. This doctor is amazing. Very very very patient. Very caring and very informative. Please ignore the negative reviews. He is a God send. I was going bald early in my 30s and he gave the right treatment and fully reversed the effects.

Excellent in every way. Though he was busy, Dr. Pynes fit me in to accommodate my difficult schedule. The waiting time was usually less than half an hour, you can't expect better from any doctor's office. He was interested, considerate, experienced, and knowledgeable. Dr. Pynes took the time to listen, discuss, and explain. His approach is conservative, based in science and a knowledge of the current literature, appropriate to the situation. The office is clean and neat. The office staff is polite and helpful.

RUN, SAVE YOURSELF, the worst Dr. I have ever worked with. Unethical, inefficient, rude. Part time Dr. here and in Dothan Alabama, has bad reviews there also. I should have checked his patient reviews before I subjected myself to his services. I went in for a check on a mole that had changed on my back. I was told an office visit was 65 dollars turned out it was $122.00. He took a small piece with his receptionist/wife/nurse as his assistant and sent it in to a lab. He said he was going to be gone to Alabama for a few weeks and I could wait till he returned for the results or I could see someone else. I did not want to wait and choose to see Dr. George at Kalispell Dermatology. The results were positive for cancerous cells and Dr. George surgically removed it with a nurse and assistant. A month later Dr. Pynes called to follow up from my visit to him and I informed him it had been taken care of. A year later I get a bill from Dr. Pynes for surgically removing it and diagnosis. His person who handles the billing (most likly his wife again) was very rude and argued that they were billing for removing it and that was that. I have left several messages for Dr. Pynes to call me so we can rectify the problem and he will not responded. I have complained to the insurance company and they are investigating their billing practices and looking over his records. Dont waste your time with this Dr. there are many competent proffesionals out there. Kalispell Dermatology is the place.
