The Lash Lounge

My lash girl that I normally go to had surgery so I needed someone else for a fill. I booked with lash lounge at 1pm Thursday the 19th for Friday the 20th at 2pm. They text me at 3:25pm and said the time conflicted with another client and moved my time to 3:30pm the 20th. At 4:45pm I called them to cancel the appointment. My lash girl called me and said she was doing okay to do my lashes. Gracie who answers the phone at lash lounge said unfortunately because I did not give them 24 hours notice they would still charge me a deposit. I said it’s 23 hours notice. She said sorry that was their policy. I told them I would dispute it with my bank. Then she charged me another $50. I called her back and said how dare you charge me another $50 when I just canceled the appointment. She said it was her mistake and hung up on me. No where online says that it is a $50 deposit. What kind of business are they running???!!! That is not a way to treat someone that maybe in the future I would use. Beware of booking online. Like I said no where does it say a $50 deposit is required.

Jazmine has been doing my lashes for quite awhile now and she always does a fabulous job! My retention is usually very good which in turn makes me a very happy lady!

Love, love, love this girl! Always on time, which is a top priority for me. Lashes are always fabulous the entire two weeks. Highly recommend Ms. Jazmine to anyone looking for someone to do a great job!

DONT GO!! LIKE THE OTHERS:: I spent a lot of time and money for my lashes to last 4 days MAX.. You tell them they just upgrade your account for more lashes, like THATS the problem🤦🏽‍♀️, up charge you and you still get the same results 4 Days MAX. Asked for a refund, THEY DONT DO THAT, 👀, even after they admit, they had some unprofessional not so experienced technician. I got a text when The person left the first time, I could try the new person as a “complimentary”,ahhh that didn’t happen, my credit was used, I was charged and they never mentioned it again. Still gave them another chance same person, lashes still came out!!! Ok I show them for the final time, I think well, maybe they will make this one complimentary since after the 4th try but NOOOO, I was up charged… Have A CREDIT IF ANYONE WANTS IT 🤷🏽‍♀️THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME, I SENT AN EMAIL WITH PIC, NO RESPONSE. This how you do business I rather NOT WITH YOU.. I have moved ON to a VERY PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN NO FALLING LASHES!! They are WHAT I PAID FOR REAL HYBRID. I’m not sure WHAT THEIR DEFINITION OF HYBRID LOOKS LIKE, but it’s not like my new ones I LOVE. DM ME IF you want her location I promise you will not regret it. Leave LASH LOUNGE!!

Have been going to the Lash Lounge on Whitesburg for over a year now. Absolutely love their work. I get so many compliments on my eyelashes. They look real, but full. Not like I have caterpillars on my eyes! Jazmine is my technician and is pleasant and caring. I thoroughly recommend her and the lash lounge for anyone who wants to enhance their look
