Everyone there was so kind the service was great they walked through everything with me very thoroughly. Dr Swan is awesome, he is very professional and so very caring toward his patients. He put me at ease about the surgery so I'm no longer nervous about it. Valentine is great and work together very well I would greatly recommend them visiting them.

The ladies working at the Sturbridge location were very kind and Dr. Patel seems like a great eye doctor, but their office systems and processes seem poorly managed and their exam rooms and equipment feel outdated. My 8:00a routine exam took about 1.5 hours. I called a month before my first appointment to verify they were within my insurance network and the lady I spoke with assured me they were; I provided my insurance info at check in, but then AFTER my exam, I was informed actually they do not accept my insurance and charged me almost $200 for a standard eye + contact exam. That experience felt incredibly unfair and frustrating as a patient who has vision insurance.

Everyone was professional, from the front desk, staff, to the staff person who performed the eye exam, to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was friendly, detailed and competent in answer any questions I had. It was my first appointment with Montgomery Eye Physicians and I was somewhat apprehensive, because my previous eye center was a friendly and professional environment. Now I can say I have found that again with Montgomery Eye Physicians.

I was very impressed with how organized everything was and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Swan explained my eye condition and what to expect after surgery. I was pleased with my visit!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. After my eye exam, the technician was very helpful and answered a range of my questions. She was personable and knowledgeable about the potential of having cataract surgery. Each of the technicians were pleasant and supportive….and Dr. Swann was very informative and helped me understand the steps of cataract surgery and what the recovery process would be like. I am hopeful my upcoming cataract surgery will go smoothly and that I will be able to see better! Thank you and God bless you all!
