My husband and I scheduled our appt at the same time at the Pell City office. We arrived early and checked in. After sitting in a very full waiting room for an hour we left. They obviously overbook their appointments. Do not recommend.

Have loved them in the past but the last visit I went to. They cut and burnt skintags off me that has left scars. Also one of the spots got infected bad and I had to go to the doctors. This has never happened at any other dermatologist office.

First visit to this office and saw Dr Walters. I informed the staff and the Dr. of three issues. In all three cases, the Dr. was willing to mediate. he took the time to explain the issues and recommended treatment. I choose not to address one issue since he confirmed that it was not an issue. He resolved the other two issues during the visit. He also recommended that I see him every year for a follow up to prevent any potential skin disorders such as skin cancer. The staff were polite, the facility was clean except that I saw a used rag on the floor near the garage can and that upon entering the patient room, the hazardous waste can was open which exposed used gloves, bandages and the like.) I shut the can and failed to let the staff know. Overall, for what I needed to see Dr. Walters for, I was pleased with his services and would recommend.

Contacted dr office for service on 7/17/24 @8:10 am., according to their messenger leave name and phone number, then you will be contacted within the next 48 hours, well its beyond the 48 hours and no return call, guess they are not interested in my business, Looks like I’m calling someone else.

Please use a different derm. I signed up for a free virtual consultation. I was billed for this without ever being notified I was not eligible for a free consultation. I also called the Pell City location for an appointment and when I arrived was notified that the appointment was actually in Vestavia Hills.
