I love everyone here. They make you feel comfortable like family. Dr. Kim is really great. She is very professional but at the same time very sweet. She knows what she is doing. I recommend True Dermatology to every. Thanks to all that work there!!!

I had a very pleasant experience, Dr. Kim was so nice she explained everything and was very efficient. She was didn’t waste time yet she didn’t rush either. She made me feel that she genuinely cared for her patients.

The staff was very friendly. Dr. Kim was very pleasant and professional. She gave me options for treatment of my scalp condition. I was not pressured into making a choice. The entire place was very welcoming.

The staff Dr Kim Ngo and Wendy were awesome. My frustration with this process was I never received anything in writing, no email no text nothing to tell me the location of my appointment and getting your phone appl setup was a nightmare. Once I found the location everything was good. You use many locations to provide your services so you need better communication about locations.

Highly recommend. Hardly any wait time, staff and Dr. Kim were amazing.
