I had gotten a breast augmentation from Dr. Niccole in 2001 and with aging and having another child, it was time to get some more work done. It's been several months since the procedure now, and it really is such a relief to look and feel so much better. My friends have noticed the significant confidence boost and my husband is of course very happy. The amazing thing about Dr. Niccole is he's honest and isn't in it for the money. I had actually thought I would want to go bigger, and he talked me out of it because of my body structure, being fit but still on the shorter side. He didn't think I would look good, and it would mean removing and replacing the silicone implants. They are still in good condition, so all he had to do was remove excess skin and tighten things up. He went in through the original incision so there's not a new scar. I'm so happy I listened to him now. Another thing about him is that he does keep a really caring staff who can answer questions, but he calls to check in. Even the night after the procedure he called even though I was coming in the next day. I experienced the same care from him the first time, so he is consistent in his care, and I know he treats all of his patients the same way.

I grew up feeling really self-conscious because I've always been totally flat just like a boy. When I was in high school my mom said I could get a breast augmentation when I turned 18 if I still felt so self-conscious. We thought I'd have to wait till after college, but it just worked out perfectly. I didn't want to go much bigger, I just wanted a little shape. Now I can wear all kinds of things that I couldn't wear before because they would fall away from my body. A few of my friends have noticed the difference. They and my family have been so supportive and are happy for me.

I got saline implants a few years ago and that doctor seriously messed me up. I was dreading going through another procedure to fix it, but I'm so glad I did and that I went with Dr. Niccole. He had a lot to fix and he did an amazing job. I was really small to begin with, but the first surgeon went way bigger than I asked. I really made it clear, too. Even on the operating table, that surgeon showed me a photo of a lady with J-sized cups and I actually got down from the table to show him the correct picture. But he went bigger anyway. The pockets where the implants go were too big, so the implants were sliding around inside. Dr. Niccole said that my breasts were hanging almost below my rib cage. There was a weird indentation in my cleavage on the right side and I lost feeling in my left nipple. Dr. Niccole was so nice through the whole thing. He answered all my questions and comforted me through the painful parts. I feel like I've known him forever. The corrective procedure was a big ordeal and I admit it was painful, but I could not be happier with the outcome. I love how they look and feel. I'm a normal size now and I have cleavage.

I'd been wanting to get rhinoplasty for many years, so it was a big deal when I finally decided to get it done. When I had saved up enough, I went straight to Dr. Niccole, because he had done my friend's nose and I really liked the result. I went without photos, and I followed his advice for what he thought would look good on my face. He recommended something he said would look very natural, and I loved the photographs he showed me. (They take "before" pictures of you, and and then do image manipulation and show you photos of what you will look like "after" the procedure.) I liked what they recommended so much, that I was very comfortable making the decision on the spot. Dr. Niccole came in on his day off to look over my nose the day after the surgery, and the whole team at CosmetiCare really took care of me. Today my face looks so natural that I often forget I ever had a procedure. It gave me so much self-confidence and happiness that I'd recommend Dr. Niccole to anyone.

After my divorce, I needed a little confidence boost, so I went to Dr. Niccole for a mastopexy. I look amazing now, like I did in my 20's. A lot of my girlfriends are saying they want to get theirs done by Dr. Niccole too. I had seen some other doctors before who pushed me to go up to a double D size, but Dr. Niccole was willing to do just a size bigger with small implants. He made me comfortable, even though dealing with personal body parts itself is uncomfortable. Though the surgery was easy, there was an area that wasn't healing as quickly. He wasn't overly conservative or overly dismissive of my condition. He gave me some lotion and said if it didn't heal in a week, he would have to stitch it. The surgery was on December 26 and he had me come in on New Year's Eve. Other doctors might have just had me wait a few days, but he didn't want to take that chance. Dr. Niccole is thorough, too. He prepared me for every single step. It surprised me how easy it was. I never felt any pain. I took the pain killers prescribed only for the first day. After that, I just took Tylenol. I was able to go back to work within a week. Nine months later, my scars are almost completely healed.
