Dr Sylvia and her assistant Kaitlyn were wonderful! Always a smile on their faces, and very compassionate. They both helped me through an unpleasant procedure by being supportive, professional, and timely. Thank you to you both!

The doctor spent all of 5 minutes with me, did not even evaluate my skin. Glossed over my concerns. Made some general recommendations for treatment and when I went to pick up meds, the instructions were not clear- and I’m not using the meds as a result. I asked for an explanation/discharge instructions to understand what her thoughts were/diagnosis and was given a post it note instead. Will not be going back. Complete waste of time.

EVERYONE in the office is VERY kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are very professional, but sweet at the same time. I never wait long, adding to the ease of my appointments. The doctors are amazing, and also sweet and caring. This office and staff, "Gets it", and I appreciate their effort and care.

Dr Cohen is excellent, twice she caught basel cell carcinoma. They dots were so insignificant and yet she is so thorough that she did a biopsy and both times were positive. I have complete trust in her. Only down side is that you can’t talk to her on the phone if you have a question and she does not use email. The receptionist is great but she has a real rude employee in the back, today I walked out of the office. I only went back because of Dr Cohen, I highly recommend her.

I understand this practice changed hands about 18 months ago and I believe the current doctors, Joseph Sedrak MD, and his wife Sylvia Sedrak, DO, have turned things around (given negative comments on Yelp). My visit was very positive. During my first visit on December 11, I was greeted warmly and seated in a comfortable waiting room. I was taken into an exam room in a timely manner and seen by Dr. Sylvia Sedrak for a spot on the bridge of my nose. She viewed it wanted to do a full upper body screening including behind my ears. I was very impressed. She showed me a spot I would have never noticed on my arm and told me, "those are the kinds of spots we watch." She removed it as well as took a small biopsy on the bridge of my nose. I thought she was a great and do hope to see her again. The office needs to update their website to add her. My husband is Okinawan and we've had a hard time finding a decent dermatologist to watch some of his growths. I made an appointment for him while there. Highly recommend!
