Dr. McNay is the best. She explains everything succinctly which I love. The details but briefly so I feel well informed. She always provides options w/pros and cons and then also shares her opinion of course. I have two teenagers that go to her as well and feel the same way. They really like her and very much feel part of decisions. Keri in the office does a great job managing the flow and process which is overall a great experience. The nurses that support the office have all been great--seem to be well trained. A doctor is as only good as their office staff! :-) I've been going to her for 7 years now. Highly recommend.
