This has to be one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a physician’s office. Dr. Malvehy and his staff, Maria and Cynthia, are fantastic. Dr. Malvehy performed a laser vein ablation on my right leg. Due to to his exceptional ability in applying local anesthetic, I felt no pain during the entire procedure. I did experience bruising and soreness after the event, but the results were extraordinary! My right leg looks and feels wonderful. I no longer have excruciatingly painful charley horses in my right thigh and I no longer need to wear compression stockings. I’m thrilled that I chose the right doctor for this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Malvehy and his staff!

So happy I researched my vein treatment and found Dr Malvehy! It was worth the drive down from Sacramento to have him care for me- he knows what he’s doing and is gentle and thorough. The big gummy worm varicose vein I had is almost gone, the spider veins are too! Just a few more months of healing but already I am so pleased. … I can't thank him enough. His staff are also very supportive and kind.

Dr. Malvehy is a phenomenal vascular doctor. I saw Dr. Malvehy for sclerotherapy for spider vein treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable and well experienced in his craft. He has excellent bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable during the procedure. He is honest and transparent about treatments and expected results. I am only 1 month post procedure and happy with my results so far! I know it will only look better and better as everything heals and progresses. His office staff is kind, professional, timely, and keep the office operating efficiently.
