Not respecting patient's time. My appointment is on 3 pm. It is almost 6pm and I am still waiting for the doctors. The doctors are seeing other patients during this time. Update: I received the filler treatment. I was pushed to purchase more fillers than expected although the doctor told me she would not use all of them ( and will give me a refund if there are any left over, yes). I am unhappy about their bedside manner. I asked for a natural look especially not too much near my nose, but they insisted on an instant lift result on my face, knowing that it will become much worse than before in a few months. They injected 8 fillers for me :) Last time they injected 7 anesthetics on my face, charging $630. Dr. Hank Fung has been my dermatologist for over 20 years and continues to be my all time favorite doctor. He is truly the kindest and most professional doctor around. His clinic is super clean and peaceful. Rosalyn and Bernadette keep the office running smoothly and they treat everyone with respect and the utmost care.
