This was my second time going to Dr. Milligan. Both times he was very friendly and thorough. Every staff member I have dealt with are amazing as well. This time I had to get a cyst cut out of my leg then stitched up. The price was amazing! I would love to put the price but I don't want someone going in and quoting it. I will however put it this way, a place in Coachella wanted to charge almost double and wanted me to pay cash!! I highly recommend Dr. Milligan.
