SO HAPPY...smooth process and amazing friendly doctor and the entire staff...well maybe not the grumpy parking booth guy, 😆 but everything else was just such a relief and professional and top notch. I would gladly return when I need any more dermatology appointments...they did my biopsy right on the spot...so in a week or less I will know if I am melanoma-free. I certainly hope so. one other thing...Google Maps took me to an entirely wrong building, then I re-launched the map directions and it solved the error...just be aware and early. 🕑😉

Everyone one was so nice and friendly!! Front and back office. Melissa was wonderful. She explained everything she was going to do and why. (Draining very large cyst). Consistently asked about my pain level. Everything was very clean. I was very pleased with everything. Thank you!

Didn’t have to wait long. Skin check was quick. First time getting one done so I have nothing to compare. I’m sure she has a good eye I just thought it would be way more thorough.

We had a very nice visit to the California Skin Institute. Both my son and daughter needed to be seen and the process was very smooth and stream lined. We filled out our paperwork online and when we showed up to the office they were seen within minutes of checking in. We were seen by the nurse practitioner and she was both very sweet and empathetic. I would definitely recommend to my family members.

This was my first time visiting this office. The ladies at the front were very polite, friendly and helpful and very patient not only with me but with all the patients. Dr. Karina Ritter was AMAZING! She made me feel like she truly cares about my skin concerns and talked to me about the best options for my skin. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for great staff and doctors who truly care.
