I think Doctor Krywonis and the staff in the medical office are all great! They were able to diagnose me quickly gave me treatment and samples. Follow-up same way. Saved me time and money because she combined a cancer check with a regular visit. Was fast, efficient, intelligent, carrying and funny. Never tried to sell me anything extra. The staff is very on hands, making you feel secure and like you aren't just being pushed into a room until they get to you.

Dr. Krywonis is quite competent and personable -- a delightful physician in many ways. However, she removed a mole and asked me to return for follow-up just two weeks later. I returned for the scheduled appointment and the office was vacated for the day. The only receptionist told me that she had tried to call me to cancel but didn't have my cell phone number. That's not likely because I always put my cell phone number on intake forms. Then I returned for the rescheduled appointment, and Dr. Krywonis informed me that the wound had not sufficiently healed for final inspection. I was then charged a co-pay for two unnecessary trips to her office. In retrospect, she should have allowed more time for the wound to heal before asking me to return for follow up. I didn't get a sense that anyone cared about my inconveniences. This practice needs to work on patient relations.

I have been a patient of Dr Krywonis for over 10 years. I had surgery and am experiencing a terrible rash from the glue over a wound from having stitches removed and called for an emergency appt. Only offered an appointment for 3 weeks from now. Terrible business practice to not have short appointments for emergencies blocked off daily. She is not on vacation, or any other reason other than they don't make room in their schedule for patients with emergencies. She used to be so patient focused and had even given me her cell phone number once bc she couldn’t figure out what was going on with a different rash and it was a Friday. She was going to call in different meds over the weekend if what she gave me didn’t work. Now, I have to wait 3 weeks for an emergency. Her practice has changed and not for the better. Time to find a new dermatologist!

NEVER AGAIN! I'm pretty sure this place in cahoots with a collection agency. I never received any kind of invoice from them, and it wasn't until months later that I received a collections notice in the mail. So thanks for that going on my credit score. If you HAVE to visit Dr Krywonis, I would make sure to follow up with the office (in writing) on anything not covered by your insurance and then with your insurance company to make sure you're covered. Otherwise steer clear of this practice.

Dr. Krywonis was great. She saw me on short notice for what turned out to be basil cell carcinoma on my check, diagnosed the situation, and got me set up with a surgeon to have it removed within a couple of months. She was very friendly and her staff were very helpful. I would recommend her to others.
