I've been a patient of Dr. Futoryan for at least 4 years and am always thrilled with the results of her state of the art equipment BUT primarily her expertise in her chosen field of cosmetic dermatology. Incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of care, I always walk out years younger than I walked in! The front desk staff set the stage for the coming event! You will start with warm welcome and leave with a "younger" you!

Dr Futoryan is a wonderful dermatologist as well as an amazing cosmetologist. My entire family has been seeing her for years for all our dermatology issues and check ups . She has done cosmetic procedures for me with very natural results. For my son’s wedding she helped me achieve the “red carpet ready” results i wanted ti look my best self!

I have been seeing Dr Futoran for over 15 years. I trust her expertise and years of experience with injectables. The office is immaculate, everyone is inviting and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

This office has zero respect or compassion for its patients. This past summer I was undergoing laser hair removal here and had never missed a single appointment. Unfortunately, for my final session, I experienced a major family emergency—someone in my family was critically ill, and I was at the hospital. Calling to inform the office about missing the appointment was the last thing on my mind at the time. When I called the next day to apologize and explain the situation in detail, I was met with complete indifference. Despite being medical professionals, they showed no understanding of what it means to deal with a medical emergency. They insisted on charging me a $100 no-show fee, claiming that even medical emergencies don’t count. They stated they could not allow me to book my last session (which was already paid for) unless I paid their fee. This experience was incredibly disheartening. It’s shocking that a medical practice could display such a lack of empathy for their patients. If you’re considering going here, I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. A practice with no compassion for real-life emergencies does not deserve anyone’s time or money.

SCAM CENTRAL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went in for a laser consult and met Dr. F, the nurses Kim and Casey as well as the front desk lady Tirena. Note that there are no boards anywhere with posted prices. This is fairly typical for med spas, so I didn't think much of it, but should have been a red flag perhaps. After the consult, Dr. F told me I could get 4 sessions for $650 - and that this was a discounted rate. We then went over the specifics of what would be covered in each session (i.e each body part I wanted to do would be a separate session), we all agreed on this, and I left after paying UP FRONT for all 4 sessions. I booked an appointment to use two of the sessions the following week. On the day of my appointment, I get a call from some woman named Cindy who tells me she works in billing and that the cost for 4 sessions is $1,650 not $650 and did I want just one session today. I explain that there must be a misunderstanding as Dr. F herself gave me this discounted price, and if what she was saying was true and they "never" priced treatments like that, why was I even charged that way the day I went in for the consult. After alot of back and forth, she tells me they will not honor that pricing. Oh and by the way in order to get a refund, they have to call an off-site biller named Robert, and it could take 48 hours. I have literally NEVER encountered such a scammy operation / been gaslit so hard / had such a massive bait and switch pulled on me. Extremely disappointed that a business like this exists in Westport.
