Everything about Studio You is amazing. As soon as you walk in the vibe is inviting…all of the staff is professional and friendly. Jean was an absolute professional and listened to my needs and made sure I was well taken care of. After my massage there was a shower available to me and the infrared sauna - which was amazing!!! Going in the sauna after a massage to decompress and get light therapy was truly the icing on the cake! Highly recommend going here and can’t wait for my next service!

It was my first time in a few months ago. Sat outside of the actual salon while my stylist was finishing with his client because the space is small and I didn’t want to intrude on their time, 25 minutes past my appointment time. This was fine. Ricci charged me hourly, which is also fine. Him taking four hours to do a partial highlight and trim is not fine. What also isn’t fine, is whatever product he used to lighten my hair “was like a private school kid who doesn’t play well with others” (their words) after the product was already in my hair. Probably should have mentioned that to me before the lightener was already in my hair instead of telling me, verbosely, how gentle a product it is after quietly mentioning it’s like a private school kid (?) Went to get my hair done somewhere else and the stylist (very politely) asked me what happened to my hair. I feel like a jerk posting this but I really don’t know where these other “reviewers” went because my experience was not spa like at all. I felt intrusive being in there with one other client in house, there was cut hair from the previous person all over the floor for the entirety of my “experience” and I don’t want someone else to have to cut five inches off their hair. Maybe it was an off day but tread lightly. Spending $400 dollars for a partial and a trim that fully wrecked my hair seems real dodgy to me.

Annie at Studio You is wonderful! I started working with Annie last summer. My one-on-one sessions target my my needs and provide a total body workout. Annie mixes up each workout, so we focus on different muscle groups in fun, exciting ways. With Annie there is no such thing as a boring workout. We work on all my needs including strength, cardio, balance and bone health. If I have a specific issue Annie will modify the workout to accommodate my needs. By monitoring my heart rate Annie knows how much she can push me without causing injury. Annie challenges me while encouraging me. I have had fabulous results by combining my workouts with the therapeutic massage therapy and infrared sauna offered at Studio You. The offerings round out my aging gracefully journey. Since working with Annie, I find I have less pain, better balance, strength and flexibility. Now I can easily get down on the floor and play with my great grandson and so much more! I made the right decision by choosing to train with Annie and utilize the health services offered by Studio You!
