Boca Derm: Michele Moraes, MD

This is my first visit as a new patient. So far , I am very happy and hopefully, will be a long-term patient. Dr. Moraes was warm and caring and did a thorough exam without rushing through. I really like her bedside manner.

Although Dr. Moraes is a great doctor, she needs to pay attention to her staff, especially the front desk receptionist. In the past, my family has seen Michele Moraes and we were extremely satisfied with the outcomes. However, today I had terrible customer experience. I walked in hoping to get help on the spot, but was told that the earliest availability would have been only at the end of October. I explained what bothered me and asked the receptionist if it was possible for the doctor to have a quick look. She didn’t even bother to attempt it and told me that she was about to go for a lunch break starting at 12pm, regardless that it was only 1140am. I asked if I could come back after lunch and she said no it was not possible. I guess some employees don’t care about customers, but lunch! It’s a shame…

Despicable practice, all they care about is to take your money. Beware, they scheduled you months ahead without reminding/confirming calls. Then they charge you a no show fee!

Dr Moraes office is efficent, as you are seen as close to your appointment time as possible, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Moraes projects a caring, positive energy and seeks to resolve any issues you bring to her attention.

First visit to see Doctor Michele Moraes, and was a bit apprehensive in seeing a new doctor. However, she was kind, courteous, extremely attentive, and genuinely concerned. She made it so easy to talk with about my concerns. I was also impressed with the entire staff who was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I absolutely recommend this office to anyone who needs her service. I was really happy and satisfied with my first visit and you will too.
