I went to see Janelle who does their laser, etc. She is fantastic. Super sweet and she takes the time to talk to you about the best options for your skin type. I ended up having a tattoo removed. They numb you there too so I didn't feel a thing! I highly recommend.

While I have always appreciated Dr. Fiedler’s care, the consistent delays and long wait times have become increasingly frustrating. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I waited for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, which has been a recurring issue. While I understand that things can get busy, this pattern has persisted and doesn't appear to be improving. It’s disheartening to see that despite the awareness of these delays, there hasn’t been a noticeable effort to address or improve the efficiency of the scheduling system. As much as I value Dr. Fiedler's expertise, it’s becoming difficult to justify the long waits and the impact it has on my schedule. I’m providing this feedback in the hopes that it can help spark positive changes for the practice and future patient experiences.

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment. I understand sometimes they run late, but they could call us and let us know so you’re not wasting an hour in a waiting room prior to even being seen.

Jonelle is absolutely amazing!! She is extremely knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable throughout every laser treatment. If you’re looking for a painless and pleasant experience, I would highly recommend going to Jonelle! She is the best!
