Dr. Jodi A. Fiedler MD

I have been going to Dr. Fiedler for over 10 years. Her rating should definitely be a five. She is very detailed and patient. She does not rush you. I always come with a list to check and she makes sure we go through my list. I have never had any issues with any front desk staff or nurses. I had a later morning appointment on Monday and there was a bit of a wait but that's how it is. Many people need appointments so isn't it better to wait a little bit and get people in than to have them wait over a month. The two times I had to come in between my main appointments they got me in a few days. Thank you very much Dr. Fiedler and everyone in the office!

Had appointment problems twice, due to their software issues. Was in the middle of a biopsy issue, never completed. Front desk said” if it says it in the computer it is so” I was disabled and on a walker. Then received 2 bills. I was a long time patient , however according to their in office sign if you are rude they have the right to ask you to leave. They literally do not care. Just astounding.

I was scared of waiting too long based on many comments but that was not the case AT ALL. I prob only waited 10min including check-in. Dr. Fidler was GREAT. She is very knowledgeable, answer ALL my questions and gave me great valuable information to prevent my condition. She took her time looking to other documentation I brought for a better feedback. I highly recommend her. UPDATE: Went for my second visit -short wait too. WOW! She keeps impressing me with the way she wants to get to the bottom of things. Now that I am stablished patient, I am able to get appts. right away. I feel my "weird skin/health" issues are finally being taken care of appropriately. I am definetely in great hands!

I have no words for what was done to one of my eyes from Botox. A Crows feet injection. Simple. And A. HUGE BLACKEYE! I’m now day 9 and it still looks like I was punched in the face. No joke. I’ve been getting Botox for 30 years and NEVER has this ever happened. I only went because someone told me she’s heard of her. When I told many friends I went, they were like, WHY? SHE’S HORRIBLE. I’m hoping they care enough that they review these reviews and I will withhold additional comments as I just asked for a Refund. Let’s see if what happens. I will update this review as soon as I hear back, IF I DO. How come you can’t give a negative star or even a “0”?!

Went to her about 6 months ago. All I can say is that this was my first visit and I will never return. This office is only concerned with squeezing as many patients as possible in the day and caring less about each patient. I made my appointment months prior since I heard she was busy. I waited about 35 minutes in the waiting room and then an hour and a half in the examining room. I actually fell asleep in there waiting for this doctor and the lights kept going off. I also heard multiple people leaving the rooms asking where the doctor was. Once she finally arrived, she never once apologized for the wait and saw me for a whole 2 minutes. Furthermore, every single staff member was so rude. The funny thing is that I have since found an even more reputable dermatologist (Dr. Paul Frank in Miami and NYC) who does not make me wait longer than 5 minutes and has told me that Dr. Fiedler has told me incorrect things regarding my skin and I have never had better looking skin until now. She did nothing for my skin and her attitude was horrible so I will not return and will not recommend to anyone. There are way better dermatologists out there.
