My wife and I both visited today for a check up. Didn't have to wait long. Doctor was very knowledgeable and took her time answering any and all questions we had. We had a great experience.

Dr Nicole and her assistant treats me at a Conviva location! What an amazing team they make! Dr Nicole went above and beyond to help me in a what could have been a critical situation and could have gone backwards very fast! She took time out of her holiday and called me personally with some advice and made herself available to me the whole weekend! She is a guardian angel in my eyes and I’m so glad to have her as a provider taking part in my care! Also her concerns on behalf of my skin conditions she always has my interest best at heart! I am a gym rat so when giving me options she takes all that in concern! Her knowledge and her bed side manners is an A++ I would recommend all my friends and family to her

Lana and Anie are amazing! They provide dermatology services at Conviva Boynton Beach. I first met them at another Conviva years ago. They are caring and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain; I never feel rushed! Another shout out to Dana (she took the time to take a biopsy). We discovered cancer. Had surgery and all is well. They all are assets to your organization.

The worst backend management people I’ve ever seen if you don’t believe me create an issue that you need backend management to get back to you about a prescription about anything. I guarantee you you’ll call them more often than they ever return your call. It is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a doctor’s office I get a doctor office in the business of making an appointment and make you wait. That’s been the case all of our lives but to return a phone call to get a prescription filled. Maybe it’s just this location not sure but the doctors are nice but it’s because of their management is why they will lose me as a client.
