I had my Breast Reduction Surgery In July 2024 and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm glad I finally made the decision after thinking about it for many years. My experience at Hillcrest Plastic Surgery was great, Dr. Spence is professional and kind, he makes you feel comfortable. I was very nervous about having surgery but he was reassuring. The whole process was easy and smooth, my recovery was quicker than I anticipated. The results are amazing, I can't believe how good they look. since my surgery I've had a couple of other procedures and happy with the results. All the staff are professional, friendly and kind, they make you feel welcomed . to anyone thinking about going here you won't be disappointed I highly recommend Dr. Spence and his team! 10/10

I was recommended by a friend to schedule a consult with Dr. Spence, and I am so glad I did! Initially, I struggled with the idea of having surgery, but I wanted results that went beyond what liposuction (performed by another doctor in Tampa) had achieved for my chin. I had a forehead osteoma and wasn’t sure how I was going to get it removed, especially after being turned down by various surgeons. From the moment I met Doctor Kenrick, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Spence was very thorough explaining the procedures he will perform based on my wishes and concerns. He was very professional yet friendly and a good listener. He made me feel at ease. The staff was pleasant.

Yesterday was an amazing experience. Dr. Spence not only sets the standard when it comes to plastic surgery, I would tell you that he is above the standard. I found him 15 years ago. Since then I have had several procedures done because of losing 128 pounds. His main concern is not only “ how amazing it looks” but also your comfort level through every procedure. He is the most caring Doctor. I recall after having my lower body lift, he called our home on a Friday night to see how I was doing. Yesterday I had several injections of fillers. I had no discomfort at all. Today no bruising… he is very meticulous about the injection site… to prevent bruising and discomfort. I give this review because I understand how frightening it can be to trust someone to do a cosmetic procedure. Dr. Spence and his staff will exceed your expectations.. with an amazing outcome and bedside manner.
