Knight Dermatology Institute: A Forefront Dermatology Practice

I used to love this place but they never answer their phone. Hence the 3 star review. I need a prescription refill and have been calling for 2 weeks to get it filled. I would find another dermatologist if you are looking for one because they do not have enough staff to take care of their current patients. Otherwise, I have been extremely happy with this practice.

I have been going there for past two years. Given my family history of skin cancer & my personal history of dysplastic skin sites, I have to be able to trust my dermatology team. I have been seen by Melissa Shaw PA-C , she is phenomenal. She is very thorough and has excellent bedside manner. She listens to me ,takes her time with exams, and explains everything very well. Highly recommend.

I was greeted with a smile as soon as I stepped in the lobby. From the girls at the front desk to Cameron taking me to the exam room. Joanna's professional but genuine & covered all the questions that Cameron had gone over prior to Joanna coming in.I never felt uncomfortable with her "checking" every square foot of my body. She spoke to me the whole time I didn't realize we were done...and I could get dressed and leave. You know what I felt throughout the experience that every employee and discrete and friendly. No personal chatting between them. One thing I would probably do is have a warmer lobby where guests could look at a TV showing everything you offer with skincare or just pleasant TV chatter. I did notice the quite was deafening. But my care from Cameron and Joanna was exemplary. I feel good about having to change my dermatologist because of my insurance changing after visiting your office. My previous doctor care was great and I had no reason to change except insurances didnt offer her group.

Ms. Shaw and the entire staff is friendly, professional and caring. They were able to accommodate me with a visit the day after I called. I appreciate the skillful care I have received each time I have gone to Knight Dermatology for examination and/or treatment.

Very kind staff! accepted me when I was running late, appointment was simple quick and easy. Was able to fit me in only a few days after I called. Beautiful Facility :)
