I am disappointed and dissatisfied with my office experience! A month after seeing they couldn’t get authorization through insurance. Months two….three…. six went by and I called biweekly to be updated. Rarely they would return a call and I would need to call again. They continuously blamed insurance. Insurance assured me they were awaiting and lacking documentation. At month five they advised me that I should come back in to the office, which would have additional charges to be reassessed. Shouldn’t they already have the same information and documentation from my first visit? Month seven we asked for a self pay price. They never responded to our message. Exhausted from this experience with them. They accepted my money for consultation and failed to follow through. Nobody knew “what was going on” and just that “insurance is processing.” That wasn’t the truth. I went to another Vascular Surgeon and I received the same treatment completion within 3 weeks and my insurance company paid for the procedure in full.

Dr. Mackey and his entire staff are excellent -- Experienced, helpful, and thorough exam and analysis of issues with my lower legs. Highly recommend this practice!

I had 3 spider vein treatments from Bethany. Oh my...she was gentle and answered all my questions. She advised me to walk 30 minutes per day which was not a problem because I love to walk anyway. About a week to week and a half after each treatment, the small red bumps were gone. My legs were in great shape in time for my daughter's wedding!

once again....service is terrific! HOWEVER, I cannot get the results of the visit online since the site keeps bouncing out saying that I am not who I say I am... Trouble with password??? It's been the same for years. Please help. Send me my report. Thank you

Excellent services. The doctor performed and ordered tests before providing the diagnosis. He was on target. I strongly recommend Dr. Mackay.
