The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Their staff is the most polite welcoming people. Ms. Anna is so very professional, caring, considerate about the way you want yourself to look and feel! I highly recommend them.

I went here for lip filler. (1 syringe). It was my first time. Anna did my injections and I was so shocked when I first saw them. Even after researching thoroughly, the swelling is still surprising. She assured me they would look good when they healed. I was internally freaking out and even asked about options to dissolve if I didn’t like them. Luckily, she was totally right. The swelling has dissipated and I love them! She did an amazing job. She knew what she was doing. Trust the process! Thank you Anna!

I walked in extremely stressed and out of breathe because I had gotten lost and to my surprise there was a whole bike parade going on, so the streets were just too chaotic so I ended up parking a couple blocks down and sped walked the rest. I was 3 minutes late, but I walked in and was immediately greeted in a super sweet way and immediately asked if I wanted water. She told me everything was fine, and started to calm me down. Anna did my laser hair treatment for the first time and I was extremely pleased. Not only is she really fast but she’s really sweet. Barely felt a thing, so I’m really excited to have my 2nd session. I also asked Anna for her professional opinion on my lip filler procedure I had gotten done elsewhere, and she took the time to analyze and explain what was done wrong and how she could help me to correct the problem. I will be having my filler corrected/done by her sometime in February. If you are hesitant about the people or job quality of this place because of all the advertising and promotions they do, DON’T BE. This place actually backs up what they sell/advertise. Highly recommend !!

My most recent experiences wasn’t great. The technician, Anna, was lovely. However, the technician in the other treatment room repeatedly (3 times) barged into my treatment room…WHILE ANNA HAD NEEDLES IN MY FACE!!!! She didn’t knock or give any warning she was entering the room. Literally just barged in. THEN in the middle of my treatment she disrupts Anna (who should be laser focused while injecting someone’s face) asking her questions about measurements etc. Not only was it rude and disrespectful, it made me feel unsafe. I called to discuss my concerns with the manager but never heard back from her.

Adriana in the St Pete Ideal Image clinic did my BBL treatment. I was nervous as this was my first time trying broad band light on my face. Adriana was extremely kind and very patient as I asked a lot of questions. She took her time and kept checking on me throughout the treatment to ensure I was comfortable. I’m excited to see my end results!
