Dr.McKinley has been excellent at treating my family. Knowledgeable, supportive and if any issues has personally called to go over. The Nurses are attentive, nice and called back when left messages. Bailey(spelling may be off) at check in is super sweet and friendly you can’t help but smile coming in and out. They must be getting busy, wait time was a little long on 3rd visit but all worth it. Plus, I liked that it didn’t take months to get in.

Dr.McKinley of Nelson Dermatology and her staff are the absolute best!! If you are looking for someone that is thorough and really cares about your well being, don’t think twice about scheduling an appointment!! The office is always efficient and have the sweetest, most caring personalities!! Bailey up front always has the biggest smile on her face and is the most efficient t!! I’m so blessed to have them!!! I can’t say enough!!

My first visit as I'm changing Dermatologists, what a great experience from the start. Bailey at check in was very efficient and the best smile I've seen in a long time. Next on to Dr. McKinley and her staff. She could not have been more friendly and knowledgeable, her doctor/patient manner was amazing. I felt very at ease with her diagnosis and skills. Dr. Nelson was very informative and courteous. I went to have an ear cyst removed because of my former dermatologist was not able to see me soon. I was a young woman, I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Nelson. There were no issues with my insurance and processing my HSA card. Can’t say enough 10/10 experience

This dermatology practice is wonderful! They are friendly and professional and tend to run on time. Dr. McKinley has a very soothing manner and is very thorough when doing body checks for skin lesions. I’d recommend this practice every time!
