My ride did not come to pick me up and I called and they still squeeze me in to see the physician's assistant. And I didn't have to wait long to go back to see him I have congestive heart failure and I ended up having to walk there because my ride didn't come. And after arriving there the staff was so kind to me to make sure that I was all right and comfortable. The receptionist is always kind when I call and for anything and when I come there is always kind and caring with the big smile on her face. The triage person was very kind and caring and treated me like she known me for years. I worked in Columbus Ohio and emergency room for 20 years. And I'm going to tell you something the staff here is absolutely angels on Earth. They make you feel comfortable and they get you in and out as quick as they can and the physician's assistant is very thorough and caring also and make sure he listens to me and explains what he's doing and what he's going to do. I'm very pleased that I picked this office as a primary physician to come to. Very thorough caring and kind and if I had to give him a scale of one to 10 I will give them 100 to the staff and physician's assistant I thank you so very much for caring about me and listening to me and addressing my problems each and every time I come there God bless you all and I pray that God opens new doors for each and everyone of you thanks again for today a awesome visit John Fitzgerald Smith

Wait times here have grown out of hand. Had to check my daughter out of school early for an appointment and was still waiting to be seen when school would have let out for the day. When I tracked down the nurse and asked how much longer our wait would be she said I don't know, other people are ahead of you with a horrible attitude. Two stars because the front desk lady is great and does a wonderful job.

Nurse was not very pleasant at all. It felt as thou I was inconveniencing her. I fasted all night while at work in order to have labs done just to find out they are not doing labs til further notice. I got no less than 7 texts from the office leading up to my visit. It would have been great if one of them told me they were not doing labs.

The staff was great. Bruce is a great doctor. Attentive and thorough. Really enjoyed my visit with him. However, having to wait ~an hour and a half to be seen was kind of ridiculous.

I have never had a bad experience at this facility. Everyone there is very outgoing , accommodating and friendly. The staff and Bruce treat you as family and they call you by name every time they see you! Highly recommend :)
