Called Dr Bessingers office today to schedule my first appointment. But I shouldn’t even have been the one to call and schedule my own appointment with their dermatology office because My PCP (doctor) already sent the referral last week Tuesday. Today is Monday. This is a week and a day later. I hadn’t heard dell their dermatology office. So I called my Doctor back and asked what I should do to get in touch with them myself. They kindly gave me Dr Bessingers office number. Now, Whoever answered the phone was not very pleasant. I was so pleasant. I felt like I was talking to a receptionist who was ready to be off the phone with me as soon as she got on. Sure You can’t See the mood or facial expressions of someone on the phone, but you sure can feel the warmth or dry mood of someone on the phone. She seemed irritable even though she was speaking to me. Not a good impression at all. Receptionists should know that they represent the doctor. So I’d rather go somewhere else.

My husband had an appointment with Glenn Todd Bessinger today and was totally happy from the moment Dr. Bessinger walked into the room to examine his concerns and what Dr. Bessinger could do to help him. You could feel just a burst of Good Energy and how Amazing and due care of my husbands concerns even though they were small issues. You could feel nothing but goodness, kindness and overwhelming feelings of relaxation because you just felt this amazing calmness of caring that he was there to help you. When my husband is happy and comfortable with someone he just met, it makes me happy. I am so thankful that we found Dr. Bessinger today and know that anytime we may have a problem, Dr. Bessinger will be there for us! Thank you Dr. Bessinger for your kindness and AMAZING compassion you showed us today. Also has a great medical assistance team and staff. I would tell anyone looking for a good Dermatologist, PLEASE go and see Dr. Bessinger in Kailua. You will not regret meeting this AWESOME Doctor!

I am a physician, so I hope that I can judge a physician and his staff well. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Bessinger. The experience deserves a "Wow"! He is very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and (believe it or not) on schedule. His staff is very friendly and also very efficient. I recommend Dr. Bessinger without any reservation.

Been going to this office for various treatments, cures and beauty help for years and HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.. skin eval for cancer: check; earlobes filler: check..easy! Jowls, neck: check.. no complaining here!

Amazing bedside manner! I felt relaxed and right at home. Even though my procedure was minor, I was a little scared at first, but immediately felt at ease. Great nursing staff as well!
