I rarely take the time to post reviews online unless I absolutely have an exceptional experience. Dr. Crabtree is not only incredibly knowledgeable, well read and up to date on all the latest in his field, but he also has the best bedside manner of any type of physician I have been to. He explains the procedures clearly and maintains his patience and kind demeanor until you are comfortable with his explanation. He was great at explaining each step that he was about to perform and how he was going to do it. His staff was friendly and helpful as well. I would whole heartedly recommend him and will definitely be seeing him again in the future!

I highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and his team. I am beyond pleased with the results of my breast augmentation and could not have chosen a better team to work with. Dr. Crabtree's credentials speak for themselves and his team is certainly on par. At every stage of my journey, Dr. Crabtree and his team were available to answer any questions/concerns I had. (Plus, they made me feel comfortable enough to ask them... regardless of how off the wall they were!) You may find he has to charge a bit more due to using the surgery center, but it is worth every penny! Again, highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and his team.

If you’re looking for lip augmentation, look no further! Dr. Crabtree not only makes you feel comfortable but gives you honest straight advice. He recommended Juvederm Ultra for me (the last place I went to only recommended Restylane products after knowing they Metabolized quickly for me, huge waist of time and money) He understood and instead of giving me the run around, got me going with exactly what I needed right off the bat. The procedure was quick without feeling rushed and almost completely painless! He did such a grate job with my lips the friend I brought with me immediately made an appointment to get hers done too! I can not say enough great things about Dr.Crabtree’s practice! Even his staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly highly recommend!!

Procedure did not give results. Follow up appt. at end of Dec. Dr. Crabtree was kind and said his asst. would call me after back from holidays. I never got a call. I sought a dermatologists advice. Called last week (now Feb.) to discuss that advice. Left 2 VMails last week and no one has ever returned my calls. I called a no. seen in a review here: Asst. Vicky answered and I got the same coolish treatment (as if Im to blame) that Ive received anytime I spoke with this office after my procedure. She just said they got my VMails and have been "out of office or busy and someone was going to call me today" I gave plenty of time for someone to call me (6 weeks total) No customer service apology given; just excuses, and that its always a risk = But no one told me these things before the procedure. I was told and shown what my results would be. My career is marketing & public relations. I never expected this type of cold customer service when I approached a well known Kailua town office. I own businesses and would never treat a client this way. Ive spoken nicely and explained my issues without insult or raised voice. This review is a result of how Ive been treated as a person who spent $1400. with them and how their office has responded. The calls and review have not been easy to make as I like to be positive. Dr Crabtree is knowledgeable on all of the latest options available and helped me to choose which one was right for me and my skin. His staff is knowledgeable, professional and very nice...fantastic results with the micro needling procedure!
