Dr. Thakore is so attentive, explaining everything along the way. She is so knowledgeable. She makes me feel very comfortable. The front desk employees are very welcoming and the nurses helpful and sweet. I will continue to drive 40 minutes for this care.

Rede public transportation for 2+ hours to make this appointment. I made it 5 minutes past my window. When the receptionist went to confer with the doctor, I practically begged her to inform the doctor that I was in desperate need due to a skin breakdown on a recent surgery causing the suture to re-open. The receptionist returned more than 10 minutes later to inform me the doctor was booked solid and would not see me. I had researched the doctor prior to the trip and she had an opening about an hour after mine. The receptionist was surprised to learn that I had no desire to reschedule. Today I received a text msg from this office about how my health is important to them and would like to reschedule. The problem with that…. They showed me how much they cared on the day of the appointment.

The only reason this is getting a two star is due to the young girl with the black at the exit booth I meant to ask her name she was very sweet at the checkout point and the doctor Patel . Yesterday Feb 11th, I brought my son to his appointment and the front desk associate with the head scarf wrap with grey eyes said it was mandatory to enroll my card in autopay to be serviced . I said I always pay his bills copay there in office and anything after I also pay on time so I didn’t feel comfortable doing so because in the past I have been over charged . She then said “well that’s just how we do stuff but I can make an exception this one time I guess “ and had a very rude demeanor! I sat down and was appalled. The visit itself went well however and at checkout the young lady was very sweet and polite .Besides that the front desk woman with the head scarf needs to work on how she talks to patients when leaving she was rude to someone else I overheard . I’m still deciding if I want to bring my son here or not any more due to her very dismissive behavior. Please work on who you hire !

I am extremely frustrated with the front desk service at Dr. Sanminder Singh's office. I called to follow up on my prescription and lab results over a week ago and have yet to receive any information. Each time I call, they take my name, place me on hold for an excessive amount of time, and then pick up only to say "hello, hello" as if no one is there, before abruptly hanging up on me. I called back and was left on hold for over an hour. This facility clearly demonstrates poor management and a complete lack of accountability for its customer service. It is unacceptable, and it’s time for someone to address these persistent issues.
